Problem
Log in to the BAM Console at:
http://soahost1:9002/OracleBAM
Tried to log in to the BAM Console, and browser shows:
The BAM Server is unavailable.
These log entries show up in the bam_server1-diagnostic.log file during login:

1. Wait for 15 minutes and try logging in again. It will work.
