weblogic.Admin is no longer available starting with Oracle WebLogic Server 12c

Are you trying to use weblogic.Admin in Oracle WebLogic Server 12c but getting the error below?
oracle@soahost1:/home/oracle> cd $DOMAIN_HOME/bin 
oracle@soahost1:/u01/app/oracle/middleware/products/fmw1221/user_projects/domains/soa_domain/bin> . ./setDomainEnv.sh

Error: Could not find or load main class weblogic.Admin


The weblogic.Admin tool is deprecated since version 9 and is no longer available starting with Oracle WebLogic Server 12c. WLST is the recommended option now.
