Thinking of Upgrading to Oracle SOA Suite 11g? Knowing The Right Steps Is Key

An article of mine has just been published in the latest issue of SELECT Journal (Volume 18, Number 4, Fourth Quarter 2011).

SELECT Journal is a quarterly journal of peer-reviewed technical articles and news published by the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG). SELECT Journal provides in-depth technical articles written by recognized authorities in Oracle technologies. These articles help members solve business challenges through the use of Oracle and any related products. Members receive printed copies, unlimited Web access to the current issue and archives of SELECT Journal as well as more than 3,000 papers and presentations in the IOUG Library, valuable discounts, discussion forums with other users and much more.

My article is titled Thinking of Upgrading to Oracle SOA Suite 11g? Knowing The Right Steps Is Key with the following tagline:
Upgrading from Oracle SOA Suite 10g to 11g has proven to be very costly and challenging due to the dramatic change in the underlying architecture. This articles presents a tried-and-tested upgrade strategy that will help you avoid the pitfalls that early adopters have faced.
For more information on SELECT Journal, go to http://www.ioug.org/PublicationsResearch/SELECTJournal/tabid/89/Default.aspx.

For more information on IOUG, go to http://www.ioug.org. It's a great organization, and I encourage all Oracle professionals to get involved in one way or another. They have supported me and treated me well over the years without ever asking anything in return.
